Together with the Management Styles webinars (below), the total of six pre-recorded webinars are made available to you one per month during the six-month program and form the basis of the group and one-on-one coaching with Les. Yes Yes Yes Predictable Success Management Styles (VOPS) Webinars Two pre-recorded webinars detail the Predictable Success VOPS model (Visionary, Operator, Processor, Synergist). You will learn how each interacts with the other, which of the management styles you need to emphasize to get to Predictable Success, and how to develop the Synergist style in your own organization. Used together with the online lifecycle and management styles assessments (below), the webinars will leave you confident of not only your place in the Predictable Success lifecycle, but precisely what you need to do to get to (and/or stay in) Predictable Success. The number of people from the participating organization who can take the assessments, and the type of feedback provided by Les McKeown is shown at the right. Participants on the Medium/Large Business Program receive their coaching on a monthly 45-minute pre-scheduled private phone call with Les. Up to 5 members of the organization can be on the call if desired. Participants on the Consultant/Practitioner Program have the option to receive their monthly 45-minute pre-scheduled private coaching via Skype video if desired, or alternatively by 'phone. The agenda will be agreed with you in advance, based on your own progress in understanding the methodology and questions you have about its application.
