Hiring / Retaining Les McKeown
In addition to his teaching and writing commitments, Les McKeown maintains a small number of consulting relationships (usually less than five clients at any one time). These relationships are usually an outgrowth of prior work with the senior management of an organization. Occasionally Les will accept a new client relationship on the basis of a mutual recommendation. [1] Hiring Les On A Per-Day Or Per-Project Basis
Les's daily fee rates are currently as follows:
- For projects lasting 1 - 5 days: $12,000 per day;
- For projects lasting 6 - 10 days: $11,000 per day;
- For projects lasting greater than 10 days: $9,500 per day.
[2] Working With Les On A Retainer Basis
Les has three retained options for you to choose from (please note, each of these is subject to availability, depending on Les' current workload): [A] Unlimited Email and Phone Access
This is an appropriate option where substantial face-to-face work has already been completed, and you would like to have 'remote' access to Les while implementing Predictable Success® in your organization.$2,500 per month, payable quarterly in advance. [B] Unlimited Email and Phone Access + Quarterly One-Day Review
This option provides for unlimited 'remote' access to Les, plus a quarterly face-to-face meeting with you and / or your board of directors or senior management team, as appropriate. This is a great option for CEO's and Board Chairs wanting to access Les's expertise personally in a structured manner. $5,000 per month, payable quarterly in advance, plus travel and accommodation. [C] Unlimited Email and Phone Access + Monthly One-Day Review
This option allows for more regular access to Les, and is appropriate for organizations who are intensely involved in implementing the Predictable Success® methodology.$7,500 per month, payable quarterly in advance, plus travel and accommodation.
[3] The Predictable Success® Diagnostic Workshop
If you're thinking of engaging Les to assist you on a consulting basis, by far the best way to get started is The Predictable Success® Diagnostic Workshop In this one-and-a-half day workshop, Les will meet with you and your senior management team for an intensive workshop, during which he will:
- Precisely diagnose your exact position on the path to Predictable Success®
- Design a step-by-step workplan for you to get to Predictable Success®
- Assist you in establishing clear milestones and delegated action points for you and your team to implement after the workshop.
At the conclusion of the Diagnostic Workshop,You may decide to implement the agreed retention strategy entirely yourselves, or with outside assistance, or by involving Les - it's entirely your choice. $15,000 plus travel and accommodation. (We strongly recommend the Workshop is held on your premises.)
