The Predictable Success® Team Development Program
The successful operation of teams is a critical factor for attaining (and staying in Predictable Success®. And yet, most organizations find it difficult to develop effective teams.
This isn't unusual - it's a natural 'growing pain' in the path to Predictable Success®. Most organizations have no need to develop teamwork skills during the first ('Early Struggle' and 'Fun' ) stages of their development. Only as the organization becomes more complex, does the need to develop effective teams become paramount.
The Predictable Success® Team Development Program does exactly what it says it will do - accelerate and consolidate your team development. We do this in six steps:
Step 1: Clarify The Team Purpose We begin by clearly clarifying (or establishing, if it doesn't yet exist) the Team's Purpose - what is it here to achieve? How will success be measured? What does the Team specifically need to do to succeed?
Step 2: Assess Individual Team Members Next, we provide each team member with a comprehensive, 360-degree assessment that provides a detailed analysis of their personal 'team mindset': team-based attitudes, approach, beliefs, underlying assumptions and skills.
Step 3: Assess The Overall Team We ask all team members to participate in a separate assessment of the overall 'team mindset' - your combined team-based attitudes, approach, beliefs, underlying assumptions and skills.
Step 4: Develop Individual Coaching Plans Using the assessments, and based on detailed discussion with you, we develop and agree an individual, 6-month coaching plan, customized around each team members' specific needs.
Step 5: Develop The Team Coaching Plan We also develop (and agree with you) a six-month coaching plan for the team as a whole. This includes such areas as team interaction, how often, when, where and how to meet, conducting effective team sessions, measuring progress, instilling accountability, effective decision-making and communication skills.
Step 6: Coach The Team and Team Members We implement the individual and team coaching plan over a six-month period, using email, phone, video-conferencing (optional), and a web-based Coaching intranet site dedicated to your team .

As well as being the founder of Predictable Success® and the creator of the Predictable Success® methodology, Les has over 25 years of global business experience, including starting 42 companies in his own right. Les was the founding partner of an incubation consulting company that launched hundreds of businesses with thousands of employees.
Costs and Timing The Predictable Success® Team Development Program costs just $675 per person per month, with a minimum of 5 participants per team. The Program lasts for six months. Videoconferencing and onsite visits can be arranged at an additional cost.
